Outstanding recipe! Yet another husband raved about the chicken and flavors – he was in heaven! Made arborio rice with parsley and roasted red pepper in a cast iron skillet on the side and it was the perfect side. Also used vegan Miyoko’s salted butter and it worked perfectly! Even used the best at home mixed gluten free flour and it was light and delicious.
