I made this for dinner the other night. It was very tasty! It was my first time making a bolognese sauce, and it was worth all the effort and time it took. It tasted even better the second day. I’m wishing I still had more leftover and thinking about making another batch. 🙂 Thanks for another delicious recipe!

Great info on salt brine ratio. Thank you so much. My curtido tends to dry out once I remove the weight. Adding a bit of brine will help.
