Best tofu recipe I have ever made! Didn’t taste like butter chicken (used light coconut milk) but soooooo good!
Would it be as interesting if the tofu was not baked?

Absolutely delicious! I did half tofu and half cauliflower, and I made some yellow rice to go with it. I did drop some tofu with curry on the ground afterwards and Rocco, my dog, did get it, so it’s 5 stars from both of us 🙄🐶😇😂🤷🏾‍♀️❤️🐾 thank you!!
