Wonderful dish! And sooo easy. I didn’t have basil so tore up some spinach leaves and baked with the fish. Yummy yummy. Paired with mashed potatoes and peas. Husband loved it. 🥰

Absolutely delicious! I made it with a side of butternut squash farro and red dandelion greens. The sauce is incredible, I practically licked the plate clean 🙂

So tender and tasty! I used cod tenderloins, which took longer to cook, but were excellent nevertheless. I had medium sized tomatoes on hand, so I sliced those in place of cherry tomatoes, which worked well. It paired well with your Farro Salad with Kale and Pomegranate.
