Found the recipe a bit bland and runny as written so I doubled the shallots, garlic, and ginger. Added some coconut milk powder, honey and cayenne. Delish!

Another wonderful dish, flavors blended beautifully. I paired it with quinoa which melded nicely with the sauce. So easy to make!

So delicious and quick to put together. I added an extra teaspoon of curry powder. And finished it with juice from a lime, a sprinkle of cayenne, salt and a very light drizzle of honey. Amazing. Served over brown jasmine rice.
